From a Naples Multi Million Dollar Home you are bidding on this 7,000 pound capacity 4 post car parking lift. Lift has a small hydraulic leak, but does operate as intended. I was able to raise and lower it multiple times with no issues. Lift shows normal signs of use and wear, located inside a garage so not exposed to the elements. Two of the exact same lifts are available see next lot. Lift measurements are 114" Wide x 172" Deep x 83"Heigh to top of post. The Platform is 4" Thick. This one only has 1 ramp to drive car into lift. You'll have to get another ramp for missing side.
Please NOTE. Winning bidder is responsible for bringing Tools and Necessary help to dismantle, carry and load the lift. No help available. We do not know how to take this unit apart so please do your research ahead of time not the day you get there. Lift is currently operational and winning bidder will need to know how to break down the entire lift with their own tools and help.
